@@streamer_services , while I agree with your sentiment regarding the expeditious dispatch of those who are undoubtedly guilty of murder, there is a problem. While we do practice execution as a punishment for the conviction of capital crimes, the defendant still has rights that must be adhered to. It is despicable that there are those who are mentally or physically disabled, and homeless, yet cannot get services outside of their SSDI (Social Security Disability Income), while having no criminal record anywhere. Yet, someone who is a recidivis offender can get services and housing at the drop of a hat. Our priorities are reversed and good people who need help, cannot get it. In many cases this is due to wait lists and the practice of nepotism (The friends and family plan) within the government agencies. I know one gentleman who is homeless, yet has been erroneously removed from the housing wait lists without notification and has remained in the waiting category for over 9 years now. He still has hope, while I have numerous doubts.

He had the presence of mind to alter the drawing and told the counselors that it was for a video game he was designing and that he planned to pursue video game design as a career. He was sitting in the office for an hour and a half and the only "concern" he raised to his counselors is the homework assignment that he would be missing and requested his science homework to work on to appear non-threatening. They asked him specific questions on the potential for harming others, and based on his answers and calm demeanor, they concluded he did not intend that he was going to be a threat. He made sure in that meeting not to do or say anything that could be construed as a threat because he knew it was wrong and didn’t want to get in trouble. When he was caught looking up bullets the day before, he was able to prepare a cover story that him and his mother recently went to the shooting range and that shooting sports is a family hobby. When in actuality he was looking up bullets to use on his human victims. In the new brief, it also states that Ethan weighed the pros and cons, voiced an agenda and weighed alternative acts against desired outcomes in planning for the mass murder. He carefully considered things such as the type of person he wanted to shoot first, and the importance of surrendering so that he wouldn’t be killed and would be alive to witness the suffering he had caused. He planned his actions ahead of time by documenting every detail of his intentions. His own journal will work against him as it will show that he knew the consequences of his actions prior to committing the crime.

Years ago I knew a homeless vet who would intentionally commit very minor crimes in the winter, when it was very cold outside, so he would be sent to the jail. In jail he had a bed, 3 meals a day, access to a shower, clean clothes, and it was warm.. eventually the judge who had repeatedly sentenced him every winter for the past 3 years (usually 30-90 day sentences) caught on to what the veteran was doing. The court assigned the veteran a social worker who helped him apply for housing assistance. Sometimes jail is better than being homeless.

Admittedly I haven’t listen to all of this. But I can’t figure out why they’re asking any questions about education. The people that this young man shot clearly have no access to education. The least of my concern is his access to education. We need laws that were willing to enforce and that are clear and severe. No one should go into jail believing that they’re gonna have an education. No one should go to jail believing that they’re going to have a career when they come out. We need a deterrent from keeping people in jail and getting to jail. Let them know everything they’re going to lose when they’re incarcerated. This entitlement of prisoners is just asinine and so typically American. And, entirely ineffective.

So based on what he's telling you for shared media , it would be the same concept for his phone and internet usage at the school. Which a jail tracks but a school doesn't , someone took the firewall down.

I used to feel that way, initially, but I’m coming to realize how much he manipulated everybody. He claimed he needed help he never got, but he had several ample opportunities to get it, all the way up to the moment he committed the crime. Details are showing all that to be an attempt at an alibi, trying to set himself up to plead insanity. Unfortunately for him, the professionals are gonna expose all that. I’m sure he was failed, he seemed like a sweet kid Five years ago, but I don’t think he’s as much a victim as so many think.

I wonder who is putting all this money on his books with his parents locked up that is crazy. I get that yes he needs food and time out side. Everyone gets tablets in jail now. But here in Ga if you want to email someone you download JPay then you add the contact they accept it then you can send emails. To put money on someone's books in prison not jail it can be only who the inmate adds as his person. My uncle is locked uo he has my dad as the person that can add money to his account. But on JPay you can send them money for stamps to do emails.

The same people that funded Kyle Rittenhouse. Believe it or not there are people in this world that support American Terrorism. Unfortunately it's been in America's bloodline since the 1600s. Nothing has changed. Only laws were passed but these people walk among us hidden in plain sight.
@colleenwhitman90402 жыл бұрын
Get over yourself! Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong! Absolutely nothing! And if you actually bothered to watch the entire video of the ATTACKS on Kyle and the entire trial and you still think he had no right to defend himself, then you are part of the problem. He did not have an illegal weapon. He did not cross state lines with an illegal weapon. In case you aren’t aware the men who tried to kill Kyle WERE carrying weapons illegally! The attackers were setting fires, destroying the businesses of hard working people and looting. One of them was a convicted wife beater and the other was a convicted child molester. Kyle Rittenhouse was running AWAY from them. I sure hope you learn the importance of self defense for citizens and not just for people you agree with. The fact you even compare this school shooter to Kyle Rittenhouse, shows an extremely immature level of reasoning and logic skills. Let’s alone a complete ignorance of the Constitution.
