Is based on numerous true stories I kid you not. I've studied true crime. It's happened about ten times. At least. At the very least. Maybe way more. Too. I just don't remember the exact cases

Or maybe he didn't like the fact that the killer survived (that there was no resolution to the story just senseless killing which was very prevalent in 80's horror movies as well.) Either way if that's the case I would agree with him. If Chuck Norris had not been in this film I would never bother watching it. It would be just another senseless horror flick and I don't care for those at all.

To be fair, this was in the 1900's, where they didn't really have great radios, nevertheless, two-way radios to talk into that can be on their belts. Also, Sheriff Chuck got there after the people were murdered, so he didn't really know what was going on, and he can't kick down the door and perform a raid on a house that he doesn't have a warrant for, unless it was obvious the guy broke in and was killing people. Then again, this is in the 1900's. I do get you though, I probably would've at least had my hand on my gun, just in case.

Fair assessment for 99.9% of the time, but this is Chuck Norris, he had both his guns out at the beginning and a radio is only needed if he wants to call in additional witnesses.

He was in Helter skelter as a grown child of the lablanchas, he lost his sanity and became the silent rage. I'm guessing he escaped from the well. I've seen him in at least one episode of Walker Texas ranger. The super human serum must have worn off, and he regained his sanity, because he was the sheriff that arrested John Coffey in the green Mile hahahahaha.

A different kind of Chuck Norris movie in the sense of the eerie theme and the dead psycho regenerated into an indestructible being. Brian Libby gave a brilliant performance as John Kirby; he just so had the character 😊 Although not a fully action packed movie like some of Norris's other films, the story in itself makes up for it, and if you like horror and slasher films too, I'd say this deserves a viewing. 👍
