He's a sheriff.. all they do is serve warrants and work the jail house you can fly past one going 120 here and they won't even come after you.. they don't even have radar guns in their cars.. you have to do something really stupid to get arrested by a sheriff around here.. now the police and the highway patrol that's a different story.

He meant that, it was 100% premediated, he went in fully understanding he was going to jail and did not care. Whatever it was that set this man off, was enough that he did not care what the repercussions would be. He meant each and every shot and will feel no remorse for his actions. I assure you he most likely stands by his actions and even now does not care about what comes after,

Basic facts collected from this video report: 1. Sheriff said to the judge's staff that he needed to speak with the judge privately. They went into the judge's chambers where the sheriff, shot the judge multiple times, then he exited the chambers with his hands up. 2. The local paper reported there is a pending 2022 case filed by a female who claims that a deputy coersed her into having sex to gain favor to reduce punishment on her charges. 3. The judge's court is where the coerced act took place. 4. Sheriff fired that deputy. 5. The sheriff was deposed earlier this week in that case.

I have no idea and I do not want anybody to die. A friend of friend of mine’s daughter got raped then killed and the killer only got a 5 years sentence and then out in 18 months and committed another serious crime. Not as bad as the New York guy who killed his mom, out, 3 more people, our then killed in subway. In today’s society we do not punish people who committed horrendous crimes anymore and that is why in California or Washington you go to mall and take less than 1000 dollar items the court system does not even register you. That makes the crime everywhere. As a police chief they want you to do your job and when you do it, the judge just dismisses all your work. We are in that bad cycles now. I do not know the judge and I do not know the sheriff but I heard major cities are short of policemen. They quit due to the bad law and bad judicial system. The tv program daily talks about police brutality and I do not know. Maybe one or two bad apples but defund the police? Who is hurting ?

Supposedly , the judge was involved with underage girls, one being his daughter. The sheriff wanted to see the Judge’s phone and an argument started, then shots. This may or may not be the case. Just something that’s being said. Whatever happened was so horrible that one man destroyed his entire life and will no doubt never see the light of day outside of prison and one paid the ultimate price by losing his life.
