@@grandmacookieintheup5823 Sherrill seemed to think that Lamar and I were related somehow. I'm thinking distant cousins, but am not sure. I have tried to trace the family tree and in doing so found out that Elvis Presley and my Dad had the same great great great grandfather Lancaster Tackett. Go figure I was looking to be related to Lamar and found out I am distant cousins once removed to Elvis Presley. Thanks for asking, if I find out more information I will let you know.

Hi David, thank you for your comment. To be honest I'm not sure what you are asking. I sang with Sherrill Nielsen and had the privilege of recording with him on his last album before he passed away. I created this video in honor of Sherrill. I was having a hard time dealing with the loss of my friend so working on this video was my way of coping with his passing. I went from full time singing and recording with Sherrill to sitting in my home asking myself, what do I do now. I hope you enjoyed the video. I loved Sherrill and the memories I have of him.

I was amazed at his talent. Sherrill took me to the music room he had there in his house, he sat down at the piano and played a tune he had written. I stood there in amazement taking it all in.
