I definitely have days where I'm in a rut or am feeling unmotivated - it's only human to have bleh days like that! I try to let myself process that feeling and those emotions, then make actionable baby steps so I can start with smaller accomplishments to feel better 💛 Also, good eye for the sticky notes haha. I was very inspired after reading David Goggins' Can't Hurt Me. There's a section he has in the book about having an "accountability mirror". I highly recommend reading this book if you want some motivation!

I’ve been struggling with a lack of sleep for years and it’s still hard to stop working and sleep early sometimes. but seriously, don’t underestimate the effects of good and restful sleep! it boosts your mood, productivity, motivation, simply everything. 7 hours are known as the minimum of sleep your brain needs to restore the basic functions (only the basic ones!). especially people who work a lot and/or work out need to be careful. I’m a cyclist too and enough rest is as important as stretching after cycling. being sleep deprived has become a trend somehow but it shouldn’t be. let’s take care of our health, guys :)
