Adding to the other reviewers noting this company is awful. Broke 3 times in 2 months replaced it and new one broke in 2 days. Asked for a refund and said it was greater than 30 days so could t do it. They don’t allow negative reviews on their website which is sketchy as well. Would avoid this company.

Purchased the new Evolve Pro Chiller and it was great...for 1 week. It stopped working completely and after 2 weeks of it being down, Plunge has yet to fix it. It was great while it worked, but Plunge's Customer Service has not been good. I understand that things can break but, as a business owner, I don't understand not taking care of your customers when things go wrong. If anyone is thinking about buying any products from Plunge, suggest you think twice if you care if they value you as a customer.
