@@Pranay471 yeh wakei mein thori unrealistic lagti hain par kabhi try karke dekhna bina dal ke hi wo andar chala jata hain. Suppose that ki tabiyat ko kuch hua hain muh mein swad nehi hain to bhi khana nigalne mein koi problem nehi hoti neither is food koi side effect hain. Kabhi try karke dekho.

It varies a lil bit like sometimes when it's new aalu we add just green chilly, salt and raw mustard oil and when it gets older and sweeter we make it with mashed potatoes, and add tadka of mustard seeds & red chilli in mustard oil. In winter we add dhaniya patta and in my house we add peas bcz we love it although I see ppl don't usually add peas to chokha but in winter I like it, fry it a little and add it
