I never thought my little hometown would be featured in a video. The "bread" you ordered called Jingzhou Guokui is a specialty snack in my hometown of Jingzhou. The outside is crispy and chewy, with many kinds of fillings. With chili peppers, I can eat ten of them. My hometown is in Hubei Province, which is not very famous but has a long history. It was once the capital of Chu State during the Warring States Period, and it has a lot of delicious food! Welcome to travel to Jingzhou!

Hey Shev and Dev. I'm so excited to see that you're back in China AGAIN! If you were back for the third time, I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Changsha, which is in Hunan province (right next to Guangdong). I'm currently study at Cambridge in the UK and I was raised in Beijing but Changsha is my hometown. Being to so many places, Changsha is definitely still my favorite city in the whole world!! It's a huge city that most foreigners don't know of on social media and etc, but trust me, you will definitely be amazed by the scenery and food there!! It's just amazing. There's always more to explore in China which you can't imagine how big it is, each province has a unique taste. I can give more other suggestion about visiting china if you wish as well!

The meaning of 'no seat' mentioned at 49:30 is' no fixed seat ', which means that anyone can sit in a seat that is not occupied during the journey. When stopping at a certain station, if someone sits in that seat, they need to make way. Some trains will use green lights to indicate such "no fixed seats", so that it is easy to know that the seat is available, but some old trains may not have this function.

Alain😀

China is no longer a poor country like India. it's very advanced in infrastructure and has really good food supply like U.S.
@Timy199211 күн бұрын
It is a pity that India, despite being a world power, has not known how to develop its country in the best way. Sometimes they try to become westernized, other times they try to take a different path from the West and the East, until now they do not even know which path to follow. In my opinion, they should develop like China and Russia did, invest heavily in the restructuring of cities, build roads from scratch and make sure that advanced constructions are not only concentrated in one region but expand the urban territory so as not to accumulate so much population in a central point. Then, they located industrial zones outside populated regions so as not to pollute urban centers and develop slowly. China and Russia achieved what they are today in less than 20 years, totally crazy for any underdeveloped countries.

13:38 Funny thing about this: The translation is actually not wrong. The Chinese name is 鸭屎香柠檬茶 which means lemon tea with the fragrant of "duck 💩" lol I know it's a weird name but it's actually quite popular. What even funnier is that that's actually the blockbuster (best-selling product) for that particular brand!!! I mean I promised there aren't real duck 💩inside and I personally can't taste that unique fragrance at all, but you should try it next time hahaha.

My wife and I recently spent a month traveling to different provinces in China. Back home in USA , friends ask what China is like and I find it difficult to find words to best describe modern day china. Truely a different world from the west and somewhat a view into the future. Great people, culture, modern cities and ancient history combine to make China an epic place to visit. Excellent job with your vlog series showing a small glimpse of what it's like.

Most of China is good, and the 144 hour visa free policy is good. Our city is not yet a phenomenon of people running red lights. Every city has its own good and bad sides. We should see the good side, the comfortable side of China, and experience different scenery.
