At around 4:40 he said "finer" not "final". He was contrasting the fine against the coarse , the physical against the mental, the hard against the soft in the context of balance. His whole point was to convey that the soft stuff only feels good because you know the hard stuff and vice versa. There's a duality going on here, one cannot exist without the other, Yin cannot exist without Yang. If you complain about one side of the coin you can't have the other side and therefore no coin at all. To summarise his talk: There's always a second way to look at things and it might be that you are stuck in a point where you simply lack information, endurance and thankfulness. These fortunately come with time and practice. And therefore he spreads the Shaolin knowledge for everyone to see and practice for themselves.
