"Shift & Share" with Carsten Lützen

Shift & Share is another Liberating Structure. It has some resemblance to a science fair.
It is intended to help a larger audience visit different stands in smaller groups and get insights from each stand.

Does the owner of the station stay after the crowd moved to another station ? This what I usually do but I cannot help but wonder in what way is this LStructure different from the world café format ? Do you have any insights on that ? Thanks for sharing this

Liberating Structures is just a collection of other structures :). Hence we can often find the structure in other places as well. In Shift & Share the presentors stays at the station :). They do not walk around but stay at their station. (Sometime if it was a group effort we have 1 person staying back and the others visiting other stations and then switching places halfway or something like that).
