I always ask this before using subliminals, and this question is really important to me, so please answer fast. Are The affirmations repeated many times throughout the subliminal? I’ve heard several times that the more that happens the better your subconscious absorbs them. Or something like that. Subliminals do seem to work better for me if the affirmations or repeated whether I can hear them or not.
