3 Days to $3000?: Pumpkin Sale Part 2

I'm participating in my largest and longest market ever--a 3 day sale Thanksgiving weekend at the Lawson Heights Mall. I'd love to make $1000 a day--but is that realistic?
As always, there are challenges on the flower farm. A storm threatens to slow down production, the baby & preschoolers need me, and it feels like I can't make flower arrangements fast enough.

You blow me away, Kristen! You accomplish so much with a baby and 2 toddlers. I did these things when I was young, but my children were much older. You’re awesome. If your children were all over 10 you probably would have been able to provide double or triple the amount of product. The day will come when they will be able to help…..unless you have a baby every year. May you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous and joyful new year. Great video. Thank you for showing the real side of things and how much work this all takes. I can totally relate on feeling emotional after the first killing frost. For the past 3 years, I have stood out in the field that morning and sobbed- partly because I am so exhausted and relieved that it's all over and partly because I am so sad to see it all go for another year lol.

Probably statice and sweet Annie. There was also the odd ranunculus or rose.

I have noticed in the past couple of videos that you are no longer putting water containers into the carved pumpkins. Last year you did and I was wondering why not this year?

I realized that they weren’t really necessary, and the pumpkins ended up lasting longer if they were filled up with water.
