Sometimes it's overwhelming, I know it takes a lot of time. For me I always replied to everyone in the beginning as well and I think I feel the same way as you do "they support me, so the least I can do is to answer" but sometimes it takes so much time and can be overwhelming. For me, I always read every comment, but I don't have the time to answer them all everytime. That makes me a little sad, but I know people understand. And they will understand if you can't as well, we know you read your comments. Take care Shiki.

I have to tell you this Shiki, this is so important. I made a new army friend on insta and we talk almost every other day because we love BTS so much. But she told me yesterday that she haven’t watch any in the soop yet because she can’t buy it. I suggested her some free apps but she couldn’t download coz her parents have restrictions on the phone. She’s too young like 14 so she was very upset. Then I told her about your channel and how you upload in the soop so that people can watch with you. Just to make a suggestion, maybe you can watch more official videos, such as episodes and behind-the-scenes videos of important events, some of which you may have seen in fan-made videos, but I still hope you can watch the original videos that fully record their journey. Like their first big award in 2016 recorded in the Episode video of MMA and MAMA, it's worth watching. Many fan clips are fragmented, and viewers don't know the source or context of the footage. I think it might make more sense to watch the full original video. Each video is a record of what happened at that time, and the whole process is shared with ARMY, rather than just a fun clip. But it's just a suggestion, you can choose what you like, and hopefully you'll always be happy with BTS. Forgive me for using the translator, and I'm sorry if I sounded impolite.
