Greatly interested in this upgrade as I was considering doing the same to my Roubaix Pro Dura Ace bike. Sadly it's over 15 years old (still rides like a 911 Twin Turbo save the sloppy gear changes) so there's no access to run cables or attach the front mech. I threw in the towel and ordered a new 2021 Roubaix Pro SRAM Force eTap AXS. The lack of wires and 12 speed won me over although time will tell if it's worth the cost. Just looked at the new Quarq PM I'll need as well. Ouch. Love all these step by step tutorials Shane, I've learned so much valuable info. My best to you, Von, and Max.
