I am thinking of getting a pair of these awesome pedals, but i am a bit concerned about the strength of the spring. This will be my first clipless pedal, and i will mainly use it for urban riding, however i might try my self on rougher tarian, should i be concerned, or will they be okay for beginner mt biker on track? Great video by the way, you helped a lot! Keep up the good work!

These will do fine on single track trails as well. I use them on dirt trails on my urban bike which has more of mtb geometry, and they do fine. They will be very friendly for someone new to clueless pedals and they offer the best of both worlds. Hope that helps.

You can do that, but just be careful as you can easily cross-thread.

Can I use them for the road biking?

You can absolutely use them for road biking. I have been using them on a Norco Indie for the past month, and they have been great.

@JDirom they seem a bit small,I have put the pins in so that should give a better grip,any idea what shoes to get so I can use these cleats,I am not sure how to match them up
