Actully at 2:11 you can see how he hooks his finger on some barely visable string, moves his hand back in such a way that it hides cards being pulled out from underneath his suit and folds it in his hand. It's very fast and takes him only a second, but if you slow it down you can see the moves. Imho the hardest part in this trick is how he gets "10 of hearts" in the beginning, and if it's random then it's 50 times more impressive.

Calling a magic act "scripted" or saying "That person is in on it" is the laziest solution anyone could ever come up with. And i see people say this all.the.time. There is a trick, a method, to every magic trick that doesnt require actors/stooges. Try thinking a little deeper than automatically jumping to "Its scripted! Theyre in on it!" Once you completey throw out the idea of actors/stooges and camera tricks to explain magic tricks, you begin the first step into *actually* solving the trick correctly.

Slight of hand is amazing. He won his season of AGT, and then won the Champions round. Showmanship and personality.....that attributes a lot. He very good, and I hope he makes a tonne of money, and doesn't have to deal with people explaining it how it's done. I like being entertained.
