I'm confused why saying "for the people of tokyo" didn't give Flynn a stat boost. Anything is better for the people of tokyo than literally genociding them, which is what Merkabah planned to do. I'd honestly say that's more chaotic than what Lucifer plans to do. Lucifer basically wants to end the current order and create a new one that's hopefully better for the people. This is why Lucifer wants Flynn to be the king. On the other hand, in the Law ending you kill everuone on tokyo, commit suicide, and allow the people of Mikado to become mindless slaves for God. Anyone that disagrees with God becomes an "Unclean One" and is killed. Tl;dr: IMO the law ending is more chaotic than the chaos ending.

I dunno about that Lucifer in SMT 1-3 was at least respectable. As long as you never chose Law he was an alright guy happy if you joined his side but still pleased if you chose the neutral route saying you made the choice with your free will.

Kain Xander In SMT 3/Nocturne, Lucifer as the child says that should the Demi-Fiend choose any of the 3 main reasons, it would be a dull ending. In the ending where the world goes back to the way it was, the child is pleased but was not the ideal outcome he wanted. So Lucifer is alright with half the endings in SMT 3/Nocturne. In SMT IV he was respectful in the sense that he knows he still wins in the end since Flynn was stronger than him. But other than that, he says some pretty awful stuff, however he says stuff that makes sense in the context of SMT IV.

You know, I almost feel like this ending is more hopeful in a weird way than the law ending. We've sen how Mikado runs itself, and it is a horribly unequal world, that no matter what you actually are capable of you are stuck where you are born. In law it stays like that. Everything wrong with Mikado is still there. Now, with Flynn as the ruler of this new world, it is finally his to shape the way he pleases. I know with how I characterized him he would be a great king, and that brings me more hope for the fate of the world in chaos than I have in law.

Zotoshi ! Actually in the law ending, the caste system is removed by the archangels. Everything is good for the Eastern Kingdom of Mikado being under YHVH's rule but Japan is completely wiped out.

Spencer Reid-Rice I’m three years late, but chaos is basically freeing humans. They won’t have to obey a ruler and can lead however they choose. However, there’s serious inequality issues. On the other hand you can choose to basically eliminate all free will and follow god and be equal. Anyone who chooses to disobey god will be killed, just like the people of Tokyo were. Both endings are garbage but I prefer the chaos ending. At least in chaos people are free to do whatever they want.

My favorite thing in this ending was talking with Hope after you killed Merkabah. His dialogue somehow filled me with this surge of devilish emotions. I know Chaos wasn't about being "The Bad Guy" but still, I liked being the worst threat to ever existed to Mikado.

I can answer this; to fuse Huang Long, you need to fuse the four Guardian Beasts together in a special fusion; you need Long, Baihu, Feng Huang, and Gui Xian. It's well worth it; he's a very strong demon and you can use him to fuse stronger ones as well.

It's a more chaotic rulership, though. Anyone can walk in and kick Flynn's ass and become a new ruler if they're strong enough; but Flynn is pretty close to being a deity at this point, being strong enough to kill Merkabah and match Lucifer in power.

+DarkMatterZero what makes it different from law is that in the chaos ending, the goal is to completely dismantle the status quo so that the only way a new order can be established is by power / force. in the law route, the goal is to create a new status quo based on the values of god and to eliminate anyone who disagrees or acts against them. chaos hates that because then the strong and weak would be equal and a new order wouldn't be able to be put in place by the strong

After all encounters with her have been finished you'll unlock her for a special fusion. You need Black Maria (lv64), Asmodeus (lv51) and Cherub (lv71). If you need help gathering materials to fuse her, I recommend using this tool: erikku . github . io/smt4tool/ just take the spaces out. I used it, it's very helpful. You need to be level 71 to fuse Lilith.
