Thank god we finally have a Shin Ultraman physical disk that’s… passable. That set up menu is quite funny though. Reminds me of the special lion king dvd from Back in the day were to select which cut of the movie to watch you had to go to the setup menu and choose the audio option for the cut you want to watch. I mean, I guess it works but, very odd.

I ordered the aussie release from Madman because at least they vaguely know what they're doing Edit: Yeah if you want a physical disc and can deal with it being Region B, go for this one.

Third time isn't the charm. They removed the SDH for no reason and they are important for some viewers. There should be a subtitles third track with SDH. Also, the on-screen-text should NOT be hardcoded on the video. So, yeah, for the dub, they should add a forced subs track (on-screen-text), the 4th subs track and add that text to the other tracks too.

It really should have been English subs for the Japanese Audio Songs and Signs subs for the English Audio English SHD For the English Audio Its such an industry standard at this point that if they looked at about any other Japanese media release, they would have an instant template Honestly, Cleopatra’s Shin Ultraman release is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced

It’s still a shit disc because it severely lacks a proper lossless mix. I’m sorry, but that’s not good enough especially for an import over here. Made worse when the japanese discs got it in Dolby Atmos. Yikes.
