SuperPayTV for how commentators always push the narrative the falcon sheik is AWFUL (seemingly unwinnable from their view) but never really mention that falco is such a worse mu always angers me. SuperPayTV oh it's definitely winning for sheik - sheik wins neutral but combo and edgeguard game are roughly even maybe even edgeguards slight favor to falcon. Wizzy says falco is Falcons worst mu then fox is his 2nd worst iirc.

I think s2j just accepted his 3rd place placement. He beat someone he's literally never beaten in his entire history as a pro melee player. I think he was just so happy that he didn't care what happened, win or lose, so he played a lot less seriously.

BlackDeathBlade The Sheik Falcon MU is almost even at top play. It is just that low level players don't know what to do against Sheik as Falcon, so they crumble. Falco is way harder MU for falcon because he locks down Falcon's movement options.

The m2k set s2j could play his game much better, more in control of the spacing and timing, and the end was definitely clutch mode, that's why I could buy that he's clutch fatigued for this set and out of gas like they said, just speculating though I get the same thing when I play csgo after a couple amazing clutches I just get shitty. It looks like mango's falco did a good job to break up his flow with the constant laser approaches, traps s2k in shield while mango moves in carrying the momentum.

Jeapie N0ne Clearly superior falcons I dont think this set was a very accurate representation of his skill though. He wasnt connected, he was in his head. It happens. S2j needs to do some meditation or some shit so he doesnt choke like this. Also this matchup isnt in falcons favor in any fucking way. Which is why he actually played pretty tit for tat against mango and even had a lead for a second, when he played as falco. Should he stay his "main" and knowingly get destroyed or evolve as a player to obtain new heights as a player, not a falcon.

N0ne is debatable, but Jeapie is nowhere near as good as S2J. I don't think Jeapie has ever even gotten top 8 at an American major, where S2J has not only done that, but got top 8 at a super major as well. Style isn't everything. I don't blame S2J trying Falco either because he's played countless hours against Mang0 with his Falcon throughout his career in Norwalk.
