Thank you so much Carl for your lessons! I been with you through all 4 of these spot on lessons. Absolutely love this song and would have never thought I would be playing the entire jam. You have provided more than just a lesson on how to play the song, for me each time I play it I become more accurate with my string bends, unison bends, picking and speed. Very very much appreciate your attention to detail in all of your lessons. Thank you again man!!

You always do a great job of articulation in each section. In this lesson however, I think the delay was unnecessary. We can just add that on our own. Otherwise, always a good communicator on the fretboard! Sorry for the criticism.

On every video. Floyd wanted to be an RandB band so most of their cord and musical structure is less psychedelic and more jazz and R&B and that makes it cool and trippy. Ugh I love playing Floyd thank you for the break down it has tighten up my Gilmore so much. Gracious compadre

Do what now
@chaunceypope54924 жыл бұрын
Silixtu Hibiski I was talking about music and how a band crosses genres in doing that creates a sound that transcends all the attempted genres. That's what do... You know when you don't understand just ask for clarification instead of attempting to be clever.
@silixtuhibiski954 жыл бұрын
@@chaunceypope5492 Sorry, I wasn't trying to be rude. I just don't see the R&B and jazz influence. It seems to me to be psychedelic blues pretty much strictly. I could see how psychedelic blues could infringe on the jazz sound but I'm not so convinced it's jazzy on purpose. Besides like the sax used in Dark Side. I'll be interested to know more about where you hear the R&B influence

SO MADDENING !!!! Trying my best to follow your "Shine on you Crazy Diamond" BUT --- Your use of Reverb/Delay sounds as if you are picking twice when you pick once. Watch your right hand pick once but hear two notes. Makes it so difficult to follow. Maybe for intermediates like me you could cut the double tap on the notes as we don`t know weather to pick once or twice. You are a great tutor but some of us are dumb students. Taff85 from Wales UK
