This Black Soul song and music video by Shinedown is very dramatic and serious. Still the singing, music, and lyrics combine together to create a meaningful hard rock song. Additionaly, I confess that the hypnotic singing/charismatic vocals are performed in a brilliant way to where I could listen to this tune multiple times in a day and still enjoy hearing it multiple times the following day.

When the debut album dropped these guys came on Kirk Mark and Lopez on 98Rock in Baltimore. At like 7:30/8am and played Fly From The Inside. And absolutely nailed it. The vocals that early blew me away. Been a fan ever since. Then Brent fills in after Lopez passed away. Such a great band
