Shining Force 2 Review - A Sega Genesis Gem That Frustrated Me

This game came out the year I graduated high school and I thoroughly enjoyed it at the time. It was a great game for that era of gaming. This was my first tactical RPG I ever played and my favorite. I played all of the Shining series games and loved them all.

It is still good, I enjoyed playing it despite those things that I mentioned and as I can see a lot of people love these games. Which games would you suggest playing? I already played SF 1/2 and I have Shining the Holy Ark on my to play list.

@@TheBacklogQuest. Shining the Holy Ark is also good. Also check out Shining in the Darkness if you like dungeon crawlers. Shining Wisdom was also fun but different. If you like classic old school jRPGs, check out the games that were published by Working Designs. Lunar, Lunar 2, Vay, Popful Mail, Dragon Force, Albert Odyssey, Magic Knight Rayearth are all bangers. My absolute favorite RPG is Skies of Arcadia. It's the #1 game I want the most to be remastered to modern consoles.
