Shinko 777 Final Long Term Review

Final installment of the long term test of the Shinko 777 on my 22 Harley Lowrider ST. This tire is being compared to the Michelin Scorcher that was on the motorcycle from Harley.

Would this be good for a 96 katana 750? I don’t race or weave in traffic daily commuting

I would say they are a weeee bit better.

I would be interested in the commander 2 and 3 tires, like u the scorchers stick good but 7000 is max on mileage.

I will keep that in mind. The Pirelli was on sale, so that was basically the deciding factor in the next tire. Commander or Cruisetec will probably be after the Pirelli.

@@KnobleMoto bought a new FXLRST in Jan. got right at 5k on the bike, lots of wear on the scorcher rear tire, that ain't going to work for me, got to be something better out there.

@@terryhaught9976 there are extended mile options out there. Personally I want the extra stick over tire life. But, for only 6k, there better be a price point. I use to get 7k out of the rear on sport bikes.

I’ve still got the 777 on the front. And it’s wearing well.

I have the 777s on my 2007 Street Glide. On 60-80mph I get a noticeable wobble/sway. Been reading reviews they’re not good for full size baggers and many suffer from this. Not sure, can’t confirm my self until I change tires.
