First of all 8th squad are the newest squad. Their members not so many like others squad. For now 8th has 6 members. The others squad has so many members like 1st squad. Second Shinra can feel the danger or the presence of infernals. Like "spider sense". Third about finding the culprit in 1st squad, early of this ep already show the person wearing "white clothes" are talking to the phone. When Shinra chase the culprit, there is 2 person. Karim and Rekka. That's why Shinra hold Arthur bc he doesn't know which one of them are the culprit. And they find the truth when Karim using the bug as a bait. Bc he wants to know who is the owner of the insect.

I just realized... The only boy so far in their age group who hasn't activated lucky lechery and stays close to Tamaki as Shinra and Arthur is Juggernaut. I wonder why? Even Juggernaut's superior activated it when he tries to shake her hand.

Yo hold up i have a storyline to describe this scene which may be better than the current storyline. Shinra is a convict whom has the adolla burst and had lost his parents in an infernal incident. Out of rage, as the owner of the most powerful flame known to mankind, he destroyed half the city in order to find the person he saw during the incident where he suspected that the person caused his parents to turn into infernals. He was caught and imprisoned for eternity but he somehow managed to escape but in the prison he met someone strange which changed his way of approaching the problem and he escaped prison to hunt down the man who caused the infernal incident. This time, he wanted to join the Special Fire Force to find answers. While flying around to find Fire Force soldiers, he sensed someone calling for help as if she was about to die. Then this scene ^ happens except for shinra knowing tamaki's name. As a reward, tamaki asked shinra for his desire and shinra told tamaki who happened to be a fire force soldier. She then went on to let him meet company 8 captain, Obi and then the story continues from there. Cool right?
