This video is very helpful for me. I’m new shipt shopper and really nervous and your video was very calming and easy to understand. A lot of videos that I’ve seen, even Instacart videos sometimes they’re too fast or they go through their screens really quickly it’s hard to follow but you did an amazing job and I feel a little more at ease.

Thank you so much. I was share your account in Facebook group, because we are new shopper. But I have a question when the customers order meat or chichen from supermarket, the weight is so high than the customer need and if you go checkout the amount is going to be increased and the card got declined.
