@Diana Lindloff Same here. I made a cheat sheet for myself to take out on my first few days of "training". Stuff like different order types, alcohol rules, etc. Things I knew I would forget. It led to less stress of having to recall all the little things at once. Hope that helps. Good luck to you.

They need the option for shipt shoppers to rate customers as well. And there’s really no way to complain even when you talk to customer service, they tell you you need to email HQ. I’ve had some bad experiences with some people and I think it would be useful for shoppers to see someone’s rating as well to determine whether they want to accept the order or not. If there was a disclaimer from previous shoppers on some of the customers, I wouldn’t have bothered, I would just pick a different order. And I’m a very tolerant person, I’ve worked in childcare my whole life. And some of this people are worse than toddlers on steroids

Sounds like you’ve encountered soemthing like I did once on Grubhub. She ran outside yelling at me about “they forgot my frys they forgot my frys” “you need to go get my fucking frys” said all this before I got a chance to even talk to her since she ran outside. Let’s also throw out there that McDonald’s is in eye view from her house. You can see the McDonald’s I just picked up from. I nicely say okay I’ll get them. She says “okay better hurry your ass up” and I left after that because wow rude I didn’t give her any frys

For the water or any item that’s has the barcode facing out you can save more time by just scanning it before taking it off the shelf that way you’re not doing a lot of movements for nothing especially if the item ends up not being the correct one

I noticed the reason why the gallon of water didn't go through is because the customer requested Crystal Spring and you grabbed the Kroger brand.

"Crystal Spring" is the brand name but it did also say "Distilled Water" So depends on how brand spacific or what water is being used for. Natural Spring water or Purified water will not work in some medical equipment or used in eyes etc.

Shipt needs to show the items for Party City orders. It is ridiculous 99% of the time when you go to pick up and there are 100 balloons which cannot even fit in a 4 door mini van. Avoid Party City orders unless you want to endure suffering

I'll have to try playing around with the app. The customer wanted three blueberry scones and there was only two and wanted a different flavor. Was trying to figure out how to substitute just the one out of the three. Did not see an option I wonder if I stay there is not the item if it lets me scan two different items probably not. There should be an easy way to add an item.

I have a question regarding produce. Publix and the App. Customer wants a lemon. I pick a lemon, there is NO scannable sticker , the app wants a picture of the scan , but there is nothing to scan. No weight asked for, so I cancel out of the "scan" part of the app, and just put it in the basket. is this the right way?? has anyone had this problem??? Thanks in advance

Hi. I know your busy but can you try to answer my question? Plus it would be great if you showed us scheduling and then getting an order and go thru it ? Like what is a promo ? And they say you have 60 second to grab it but it doesnt ever go away like I thought it would? Can somebody grab that as you're looking at it?

It will tell you at the end, when you're getting ready to deliver..most want it dropped off at their front door. Send a pix from your phone; and let them know its there. Also; I knock on the door; or ring the doorbell(unless they specifically instruct not to). This gives me back up. Happy shopping!🍇🍈🍉🥦🥬🥒🌶🍞🥐

The original Fred Meyer opened in Grand rapids Michigan. I'm from Kalamazoo Michigan. We call it Meijer now it keeps throwing me off every time I hear you say Fred Meyer not discounting your video. You're doing a great job. Just have a hard time hearing Fred Meyer instead of Meijer

I Receive the alerts for batches a couple hours earlier than my scheduled cell do I have to start shopping at the time when I get the alerts or the time I schedule myself to do so?

Shipt permanently disabled my account AND REFUSED TO EXPLAIN WHY. I had nothing but positive ratings and great interactions with customers. They have completely screwed me as they represent half my income and I probably won't be able to pay rent this month although I am desperately seeking new employment.

I noticed a big difference in pay shipt vs instacart. I do Instacart no shipt in my area. Almost every week half my wages come from tips. Shipt doesn't tip as well based on a video someone uploaded today of her earnings
