mera BS Lunch ke 2 hr baad sahi aata hai or dinner ke 2 hr baad 180 se niche aa jata hai or main koi tablet nhi leta mera A1c 9.3 tha ab mera A1c 6.5 hai

Ek hi bar mai use hoga...becoz pani se gram nahi badhta hai jaise Indian rice mai badhta hai....200 gram mai aap ek time hi kha sakte hai

मेरा शूगर खाने के बाद 2 घटे बाद 190 ओर 5 ya 6 घन्टे बाद 90 आ जाता हे अपने आप तो कया मूजे शूगर हे या नही प्लीज रीप्लाय

Abhi aap kaafi fit lag rahe ho...!! Aur ek cheez try kare... Lunch mein pehle green veggies..kaccha ya paka hua Fir protein.. Fir carbs with some ghee.. Uske baad blood sugar check kare...kaafi hadd tak Sugar spike kam hota hain..
