JUDAS PRIEST (Birmingham, England) Line-Up 1986 (Fuel For Life Tour) Rob Halford: Vocals K. K. Downing: Guitars Glenn Tipton: Guitars Ian Hill: Bass Dave Holland: Drums "Killing Machine" is their fifth studio album released in the UK in November 1978. The album pushed the band towards a more commercial style while still featuring the dark lyrical themes of their previous albums. With "Killing Machine", Judas Priest began moving to a more accessible, commercial format that abandoned the complex, fantasy-themed songs of their previous three albums. The band's new, simpler sound was the result of several factors, amongst them being a desire to compete with the energy and speed of punk rock, the need to produce songs that were easier to perform live, and the wish to appeal more to American audiences. The lyrics on the album were simplified somewhat in comparison with the band's previous albums, adapted into a more mainstream arena rock format, but the instrumentation retains the band's characteristic aggressiveness with heavier guitar riffing and elements of Blues influence returning on some songs. The album was retitled "Hell Bent for Leather" for its US release on 28 February 1979. Singer Rob Halford simply said that their US-label found "Killing Machine" too much of a heavy statement to use, and suggested the alternative title to the band. It was feared that the ‘murderous implications’ of the original title would be too much for the larger record retailers to want to put the LP on its racks. This is also the final studio album for drummer Les Binks who had joined the band in early 1977 in time for the "Sin After Sin" tour; he is credited with helping develop the traditional Priest percussive sound. Binks was dropped and replaced by drummer Dave Holland after the 1979 tour because of a financial disagreement where the band's manager Mike Dolan wanted Binks to "waive his fees" for performing on the platinum-selling 1979 live album "Unleashed in the East". The album is certified gold by the RIAA. "Hell Bent for Leather" is the fourth song from their "Killing Machine" album. In 1978, it was released as the first single from it, but only for the Japanese market through Epic Records. "Hell Bent for Leather" reflected their newly adopted leather costumes as well as Rob Halford's soon-to-be-trademark entrances on stage riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. It was written by Glenn Tipton. The song is featured in Ari Gold's 2008 film Adventures of Power, the 2004 episode of the sitcom That '70s Show entitled "Surprise, Surprise" and also featured in 2009 game Guitar Hero: Metallica. Cheers from CHILE dear ladies!!!

It is the same Dallas, Texas concert filmed in 1986 on the 'Turbo' tour for the live album (and concert video) "Priest live" released in 1987... Judas Priest adapted to 'hair metal' era of the 80's wearing flashy leather outfits (The album 'Turbo' was a bit more commercial for a Judas Priest album) ... The concert itself was incredible - they opened w/ 'Out in the cold' (They performed it on a recent tour) and ended the set w/ 'Hell bent for leather' w/ Rob Halford coming out riding a Harley onstage... which has been part of the Priest experience since 1978. Judas Priest also filmed a concert from 1982 in Memphis, TN for the "Live Vengenace" concert video... They opened w/ 'Hellion/ Electric Eye"... and also ended that set w/ 'Hell bent for leather'. If u can watch a 1991 Priest set from the 'Painkiller' tour on YT... they actually opened w/ 'Hell bent for leather' w/ Rob Halford emerging on the Harley... and ended their set w/ "You've got another thing coming". There r Judas Priest concerts available w/ Tim 'Ripper' Owens on vocals from 1998 and 2001... and they are remarkable, given guitarists Glenn Tipton & K.K. Downing were 50 and still shredding onstage... The 'Live in London' concert DVD from 2001, they opened w/ 'Metal Gods'... and ended w/ 'Hell bent for leather'.

Judas Priest is one of the best bands I know from my childhood, you see, i was born in the 70´s and grew up in the 80´s when this music was everywhere on MTV and the radio, the music industry changed a little once the 90´s was around but bands like Judas Priest remained, something called Grunge was invented during the very late 80´s and the early 90´s and that changed everything. Lulu´s belt buckle is totally awesome, I really like how she dress, I can easy see her owning a ranch one day, with horses and other animals, a 70´s Ford Pickup-truck and a couple of dogs, some tractors and a workshop. She would not need much help, she manage most things by her self I think.. :D thank you for the video.

Lulu when men get sick it's the only time we can be baby'd by women so the drama is only to try and get that type of attention. Otherwise we have to be hard-ass up until we get sick, and most times while we are sick around other men. I would still like you girls to react to Under Blood Red Skies and Out In The Cold. Ya reckon ya could?
