Gaijin moved a bunch of 10.0 jets to 9.7. Because a bunch of 8.7 jets were already getting clubbed in uptiers, Gaijin moved all F86s and the Mig 15 (bis) to 8.3. So now 7.3 jets are being dragged into constant uptiers.
