I’ve been looking since 2010’s you are so fit from that time. I’m really liking your workout videos bro. But sorry to say, one thing is that I can only see half reps in your Dumbbell bench press workout 8:15 and 8:43 which you did with 35s and 40s I know I can’t do that much of weight in dumbbell bench press, personally I prioritize tension in the eccentric phase rather than concentric. I do with 25s or 30s maximum with slow, controlled and full ROM for all workouts, which is giving me the best gains with less DOMS. PS to all: Before giving me any hate, I’m just an intermediate lifter with 4-5yrs of experience, giving you small tip. We don’t want you to get injured while doing heavy lifts

@amarkarthik6566 hey thnks bro..no hate. Just to clear here tht with tht heavy weight i usually do more healf rep to keep the tension and also full range of motion not advisable cos of the tensions on ur elbow happening whn u lock ur elbow..so am keeping it on safer side..but I do appreciate 👍

4:48 what u said here is wrong if someone dosent has shoulder flexibility they should tuck their elbows a little just like u said but as per science if you have a good flexibility and mobility you should actually flare outa your hands and do it in a 90degree angle as it gives more growth over the period of time in comparison
