The fact shallow was a real smoker makes his advice valid in inspiring other smokers to make a switch up
@OddsTheo2 күн бұрын
What he said about being less agitated since he quit smoking is so real. The thing about weed is it has this image that it makes people chill, and to a degree that's true, but weed only tends to make you chill as long as you get your way. If something flips the script it can be hard to deal with it. You get so "chill" that you can't handle a little stress and wig out

I quit using drugs/smoking/alcohol in july 2020. When i was in rehab I couldn't even lift my legs high enough to run. Now i work in fitness and exercise almost everyday. Life is to short to waste on substances that cause nothing but pain when abused.

It's the low dopamine which is a real struggle, withdrawal
@chrisbee4872 күн бұрын
@@jcbanbury@jcbanbury yeah i totally agree. I was a big amphetamine IV user. The dopamine release ftom this was insane. There is a short on KZbin at how much dopamine is released from amphetamine. Especially intravenous using.

Eating enough is a discipline, someone who is dedicated to their goal will eat the right amount regardless of appetite
@johnblaze2688Күн бұрын
Appetite is what makes you eat more, has nothing to do with discipline. 😂 if someone eats 3 meals a day and quits smoking + goes gym, their appetite will increase tenfold.

I rate this 🫡 but you can still smoke while training you just have to know how to regulate - me as a PT I don’t touch weed the whole day once i finished doing what i need to do client wise & training my self ill sekkle later that evening & burn 1 or 2 - its all about not letting it control you - same way people drink alcohol (which i don’t) 💯
@johnblaze2688Күн бұрын
Doesnt change the fact weed will affect your appetite, motivation etc. Yea you can do both but its more regressive than it is progressive. Your stamina alone would increase tenfold if you were to completely quit
@realeyesrealisereallies97Күн бұрын
Bunning daily is crazy tho, should limit it to once every couple weeks once you get low tolerance and just smoke a pinhead. You don't realise how much weed affects you till you've stopped for 6 months
