I've actually done some extensive research on this matter... Danny comes from a rather sizeable family of "D. Chaskos". There's brothers Danny, Denny, Donnie and Davy, along with sisters Donna and Debbie. Donnie is the black sheep, generally known by friends and family as "Donnie "Cool Hands" Chasko" for his propensity to run-up gambling debts before then stealing the identity of whichever family member happens to be next on the list and repeating the process. Word has it that Donnie is wanted for a number of crimes in three states, under at least five separate identities... the latest of which may, or may not be, "Donald Jefferson".

These Showshell Security agents are the most inept. They called me yesterday and told me they were going to suspend my number. I pressed "1" to speak to an agent. When he asked if he could help me, I asked him how I could apply for social security benefits. He hung up on me. A call back to the number indicated the number was not in service. I've been paying into the system for decades and just when I want to cash in they won't help me. In reality, when I did apply for real, I was on hold for a long time before being connected to a live agent. Proof that it's fake is that they pick up right away. That and the other dozens of signs. It's disappointing that enough people fall for this scam that they won't give up. I wish there were more people like Danny Chasko to waste their time.

I think that when they first dreamed up this scam, they looked up drug busts and cars and found a story about an abandoned car with drugs on the border and once it actually worked, they figured it is a winner and so they stuck with it.

Today I got a call from the IRIS about my "taxed refunders". A very heavy Indian accent said " I'm the occifer frum Miami City, USA and you are been arrested in the jail cell" 😆 I had fun messing with him for a half hour. Yes, they get completely thrown off with common sense solutions. I.E.10:37 - 1) Scammer needs to "investigate" 2) Danny offers to drop off a video as evidence, he just needs to know where 3) Scammer: "OK, Uhh, Yeah." then ignores what he just said.
