hey man, love your videos. I too run HB clay tracks, opinions on stand up battery vs layer down? My thought ins standing mine up is more weight to the left and forward. But I would love all perspectives, no one else has a chassis at my track that allows the option of standup vs layed down batteries.

Hey buddy! I usually just run lay down. At that time the lay down battery option was just too quick through the corner at 90% of the tracks I would race. If I were to go to the standup it would be for a really green, loamy/dusty outdoor track. It would allow for more weight transfer, the lay down allows the car to get in and out of the corner without much major chassis roll

Has anyone had any experience using the RPM shock discs with different size holes on upper side of the spacers and lower side and used the different sized holes for adjusting the compression and rebound separately? I have played with it in a Street Stock and on High Bite tracks it can make a noticeable difference and in a lot of cases you can run a lot thinner shock oil to speed up the rebound but with tinyier holes the compression can feel like you have a lot stiffer valving.

those are not prgresive spings . try progresive
@ATSchaeffer6 ай бұрын
Correct, the Quasi springs are not progressive. That is why I ran them so they were linear through the entirety of the stroke
