I used to order a lot of clothing from Temu. After being disappointed for the last time, I decided not to order from them anymore. It's hit or miss. I was afraid to return anything, thinking the item may end up in a landfill, so I donated everything. No more. I don't want to be part of the fast fashion problem.

The boxes here have orange wrap, and there are some white and orange packets and letters,but this seems normal if you look up aliexpress parcel consolidation, their own warehouses on Singles Day (look it up, their own black friday) or any standard mail sorting courier warehouses in china. The volume of packets is huge, and it all needs to be moved fast. With Temu, aside from the usual low quality junk, exploding batteries and counterfeit safety labels, reviews mentioning clothing and other items having high levels of lead, arsenic and other chemicals which can give rise to health issues may also be concerning

For the footage shown here, this is not of a Temu warehouse. Temu does not own warehouses in China and is only an online retailer. Factories directly send the packages sold through Temu, yet the factories themselves are still based in China and mass-produce low quality products. The footage used is most likely of a courier company based in China.

You all realize that almost every product you buy from Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc. is produced in China, Thailand, or Vietnam through the exact same low-cost labor? That is why somewhere on your item it will say "MADE IN CHINA"?? The difference is the other retailers put a huge markup on it, and the reason it is cheaper on Temu is because it is shipping directly.

The scene of the sorting process, are the same at any delivery companies like Bring, PostNord, and GLS in Denmark or similar to an industrial package sorting facility. Packages are piled up in large mountains, awaiting manual handling. Workers are required to retrieve packages from these heaps and place them on a conveyor belt, ensuring the barcode is facing upward so that OCR (Optical Character Recognition) machines can read and sort the items to their respective areas or containers. At Bring and PostNord sorting centers, the policy stated that packages must be able to withstand a fall from 2 meters, and if they couldn't, the responsibility fell on the sender. However, this policy overlooks a major issue: packages that are already lying on the surface waiting to be sorted often have additional packages-sometimes weighing hundreds or even thousands of kilograms-fall on top of them. Expecting a package to survive that kind of pressure is unrealistic.

I have no problem with temu i have never had any issues with temu at all. I have got a lot of amazing items on temu and that are definitely amazing quality. It depends on what you buy and you have to be smart about it. I personally don’t buy items if a image is overly photoshopped or if the price changes if I click on a different style of a product just because i don’t trust that but not all items are low quality or bad. I also don’t play the temu games because I found i save more money and spend less if I don’t and buy a few items i need. I have gotten two items that were bad or misrepresented and I had no issues with the customer service. I literally had a choice to get a credit or have the money put back on my card and I got to still keep the item. So I just say be a smart shopper and you will be fine and get amazing items for reasonable prices

I got a few pairs of knock off crocks, and they turned out to be as good or better than Crocs. The brandnames you buy are made the same way as these knock offs, and probably by the same people, the difference is i pay $8 for Temu crocs, while you pay $80. You know what true freedom is?
