Given such small budget, ISRO shouldn't work on so many models but instead focus on just 1 or 2 models of heavy lift reusable launch vehicles. Working on so many models in parallel divides the work force, funds, delays timeline and reduces ease of mass production

For context, in year 2009 $230 million was sanctioned to ISRO for development of SCE-200 and it's still under development. Not enough satellites are launched....there are many companies who will be launching thousands of new satellites in future and these launch vehicles will not only be used for launching satellites in orbit but they will be used for launching the payloads for the Indian space station which might require multiple rocket launches and they will be used for inter planetary missions also because ISRO is developing heavy rockets under Human Space Programs so they know what they are doing it's just they won't reveal now

Working in isro since 14 years.... frankly speaking, whatever envisaged in this video should become reality, however considering budget given every year, it seems next 15 years, I am in doubt that people will see this in reality....mk3 was supposed to take off as operational in2007, it took 2017 to be in reality and it's not reusable. So we are talking about reusable launch vehicle that on govt bharose budget. It's not possible in nearby future.
