Real estate is riding on Bubble on name of luxury and Ultra luxury, The way every developer is only launching Ultra luxury homes with ticket size of 4crores+ soon this will burst the moment all these flats will get ready for possession, these developers and investors will beg for the end customers, We should not ignore that In India 80Crore people are dependent on govt free food schemes and everyone in metros are not becoming millionaires anytime soon. In healthy market there should be something for everyone. The prices more than 10-15k/sqft in GGN and NOIDA are unrealistic and it will soon hurt the real estate big time.

I thought these types of comments were settled with no decrease in demand of luxury and further prices appreciation continuing this year too. Bro, not all buyers are investors in these projects, there are end users as well. Do you want them to see their property prices go down. It is bad. If it's not realistic and logical for you, continue this game. I am happy to see people buying property of their choice at whatever price it comes.
