Because at a cost of £13.1 million, with no obvious oversight by the SNP (colour me shocked), those involved in the inquiry are in no hurry to kill the goose that lays the golden egg. Even more ridiculous is the fact that people keep voting the SNP into power. So the Scots have no one to blame but themselves: whereas Nicola Sturgeon blames everyone but herself.
