Drhu is so awesome! He’s so handsome and glows with happiness. I often wonder what it would be like to have such a positive man in my life. He is so refreshing to watch. I been in such a bad marriage for so long that it’s refreshing to watch these two who care about people.

So scary all these micro plastics! Great podcast guys…so enlightening! We need reminders for sure! No way can I eat the fruits you named. I just do berries, lemons, and veggies. I get super bad headaches with too much sugar.

Cups are coated in plastic. That's why the coffee doesn't leak through the cups.

Best to buy a stainless steel cup and put your coffee in that. Either way I think they make the coffee in their cups and the add it your cup. Nonetheless it will help reduce the plastics being consumed.

We used to make coffee at home or, if out, sit in a cafe and drink out of ceramic cups. It's this food/drink to go that has promoted the disposable culture. None of us should be so busy that we are unable to make a drink at home or actually plan to sit and drink in a cafe. Haven't been in a takeout in years, I don't get it. We need to patronise proper cafes and restaurants if we want change. The takeout chains will get the message.

I just learned that tea bags are coatted with sprayed -on plastic to keep the paper from falling apart as the tea steeps, releasing microplastics into the cup.

In the Philippines, traditional cooking used clay pots which up to now some households are using still. I want to go back to clay pots.

@19:33 Dont “clean” your pots and pans. Its called “seasoning” the pan, just use water and tools to scrape off food. Leave the grease on, layer on the grease, that is your non sticking “seasoning.” Adds flavor and makes cleaning a non event. Its what professional chefs do up to the top kitchens. Never use soap on your pans. Keep it flavorful and easy breezy! 👨🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳

RECYCLED POLYESTER is in most new clothing, not just plain "polyester." There are warnings that say recycled polyester sheds PFAS, forever chemicals. FLAVORINGS - FLAVOR is labeled "Natural Flavors" or "Artificial Flavors" are BOTH made in with chemical processes. Check the label on foodstuffs, FLAVORING is in everything. Why? Isn't the food in those containers tasty enough?

Look into japanese green tea and get a good gyokuro or sencha. Theyre steamed so you can actually eat the leaves after you're done brewing them. Great and healthy snack.

Basic vid notes: Change out toothbrush (source of plastic in mouth), plastic in paper cups and plastic food packaging and silverware and Tupperware, stay on opposite side of the gasoline pump so as not to be directly breathing toxins, replace nonstick cookware if possible w/ steel, cast iron or pure ceramic, tea bags have micro plastics sprayed all over the bag, collagen sources in diet (protein, vit c, collagen products like gelatin powder or supplements or bone broth), exosome rich foods good for looking young bec they chemically communicate to cells to reboot (found in aloe vera, coffee beans, ginger), potential other youthful foods might have omega-3 but not trans fat

Plastic is a big money product. It's not going anywhere soon. Just thinking its probably in every room of your house. Also people who have botox injected into them will not worry about plastic. I make my own bone broth once per week. Just because its easy peasy. I freeze all bones lamb chicken beef. Few chicken wings along side the bones. The amount of gelatin is awesome.

I think there is just too much information here that will be very hard to follow. If we try to worry about all your analysis, we might get sick or die worrying. You should have clinical studies showing the number of people getting sick or dying caused by what you mentioned or maybe contact RFK jr. to do clinical research on the truth about microplastics.

haha! microplastics nonsense. how do you think your food gets picked and where do you think it's stored? in plastic crates. you're against plastic bottles, yet the clean water pipes to your apartment are pvc plastic. even the connection hoses that are wire mesh have plastic tubes in them. you want to filter the water? what do you think the hoses and filters are made out of? LOL!!! too funny.
