Exactly. But don't forget about SDRs (Special Drawing Rights). The new reserve currency will be composed of gold/silver/maybe even copper and/or other non-precious commodities, AND several other currencies that will be weighted. The powers that be who determine the makeup of the SDR will designate the dollar as 'x' percent of a new SDR in order to control how much influence the dollar has over the world economy. But make no mistake, the rest of the world is sick of the US weaponizing the dollar at their expense and standard of living (and they are rightfully out for blood, figuratively speaking),. Therefore, they will make the dollar a much less prominent part of an SDR, giving it much less influence and control over the world economy than it has now as the sole reserve currency of the world with a possession of a rogue printing press. It's too late.The Global South Countries should continue to partner with BRICS to develop their own countries. The US / West asked for it by using their currency to bully countries and to put them under prolonged sanctions unnecessarily. For example, Cubas 60yrs of sanctions, how should they develop. At least BRICS+ opened a way for Global South Countries to start scrambling for a better way to come out of poverty. As for Africa, they should have their own currency while continuing with BRICS + to minimise many currencies. At least India, China and Russia are leading in in this aspect.🤫🤔

Africa and other countries of Global South need to wake up by standing on their own, following Chinas example on how they managed to move from extreme poverty to where they are today. Learn from China India and Russia as they participate and partner with BRICS to develop their own countries. This is their chance to correct the past and fight to come out of poverty by embracing real change of collective leadership to redress the failures by endng misery. Afrca already have a model of that, the AES of SAHEL REGION. They should follow it. As they are already in debt and tied to a dollar, they must start moving away from it and develop themselves until they pay up the IMF debt and move away from it forever. They should depend on creating common currency/ies in Africa to use them. Gaddafis initiatives must not stop but be embraced and continue. It is time for Africa/Global South to be self-reliant and self-sufficient. They can achieve that through BRICS +. No country should withstand bullying and belittling by the US and West anymore. Unfortunately it's too late for US and its dollar. They asked for it. If they sanction countries for year, eg Cuba 60yrs etc because they have power of "Dollar" then they have to Swallow the repercussions of it. No one to blame but themselves. I have a question: If I could buy a Chinese electric vehicle with the digital Yuan, would I still have to pay taxes to the US to import it? Because the Chinese electric vehicles probably don't fail to charge when it gets cold and that's a hindrance to my purchase here. Edited to add: What if there was a Chinese company in Canada that I could buy through? I bought a diesel heater made in Russia but was shipped from Canada so there weren't extra taxes. This is not true, if you have 5 euros and debt in 10 dollars, and they trade at 1:1, then a fall of USD with 50% depressiation, would make the 5 euros worth the 10 dollars, which they were not before, and it's now possible to repay the 10 USD-loan with just 5 euros!
