I think you NEEDED a little "apple juice" after those fast forwarded scenes! I would have to have someone install that for me - I'd be too afraid of damaging the innards beyond repair. Or certainly I'd never be able to get it back together once I had it all apart! My helmet is a roughly 8 year old Shark modular Evoline. It's a little tight on my head and gets a little sore after while, but I don't feel like shelling out another $400+ for a nice new one now that I have mine all outfitted with GoPro mount and a Brake Free brake light (I'll review that in my next video). And I hear Shoei may not be a good fit for my head. But they would be among my top three brands for consideration. I've already had one gent on the F6C forum request the parts list for the helmet holder! Getting lots of great feedback on it! I can't thank you enough for making it for me! That was the best 20 minute, 5 minute job I have ever seen. 😁 It must have been the apple juice. 🍎 I would love to see a video on how you made your helmet holder on your Honda. It would be just perfect if adapted to my Spyder. Love your videos, keep up the great work. Steve.

G’day Uwe, thanks for commenting - we’re working on it. It’s been so wet here recently that we really haven’t had a chance to do a decent road/ride test. However, after a short ride I can say that getting used to the buttons takes some practise and are not as easy to use as those on the old model. Full update coming soon. Cheers

How did you update the firmware? My bfs is integrated into his Shoei and he cannot update over wifi because the buttons required to push to pair aren’t avail because of how it’s installed. Via the comp it just won’t recognize it

Hi, I haven’t yet had to update the firmware. However, it’s strange, and annoying, that your friend can’t install the update. Have you tried contacting Shoei direct? Sorry I can’t help. Cheers, Len
