INGREDIENTS:
10 medium sized potatoes (If in US, use Russet or Yukon Gold)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Panch Phoron (a preblend of 5 Indian spices. If in US, try Indian stores or Amazon)
2 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt (adjust as per your salt preferences)
OPTIONAL: if you want spice Crushed red chili and few dry whole chili peppers
OPTIONAL if you want that fiery red color: 1 teaspoon red food coloring (or use 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder)
OPTIONAL: if you want to garnish, use cilantro
