As for the solo guitar your liking,it isn't so much the guitar but more rather the amplifier,Amp settings,and effects he's using.Most guitars plugged into that same setup would sound very similar.I believe it is a Gibson Explorer,a very nice guitar.

This song actually has double meaning it’s referring to the Berlin Wall which can only get torn down with love and he also sings about his love for world even with all that messed up political shit that was and is happening.
