Stopped running because of my hips. Since I've been doing your videos - the 15 Minutes one for prep and this one after the run - I run for an hour every other day and feel fit and fine. As a 63 years old grandma I am still learning a lot. Thank you!🥰 from a fellow Australian living in Germany

As a runner, I really appreciated your emphasis on athleticism, your clear instructions, the relaxing music... the swear and pervy hand gesture... yep, you're now my favorite yoga channel! Thanks for a great session!

I've done a lot of running in the past few years and suffered from shin splits which stopped me doing any exercise for 6 months. Recently I've also started hiking and carrying a lot of weight. I just want to commend you for this video, it's the best targeted practice I've come across which seriously considers the effects of running and counteracts any issues with a particular focus on neglected muscle groups such as those around the ankles and shins. It's only my second time trying it but I'm going to make it my daily practice for a few weeks. Well done and thank you for your work!

HI Shona, love this routine! Congrats on your great content! I've been using it on my off days of running. I do trail running so those muscles get pretty tight with uphill,, that's why a night routine is essential :) With this, my little request would be to have a similar session but more yin yoga style for a deeper stretch session and maybe evening time (my case). The combination of movements and transitions you have on this video are great, so imagining the same style with longer stretches could be really awesome. Hope it makes sense to you!

I'm also a trail runner and had the same thoughts. While it was a great flow, I felt she moved too quickly to get the most out of the stretches. Would have been great if it was an hour long session moving more slowly through the flow. Next time I'm going to playback at .5 or .75 speed and see if that helps. :)

Really great post run stretch and warm down. I am definately feeling the benefit of incorporating your yoga sessions into my day. It would be great if you have any advice, sessions that focus on knees and ankles, protecting from injury. As a runner I have had some recurrent issues with knee injury and also peroneal tendon. I am sure I am not the only one!
