Wow.. this practice was a little challenging for me but I like it. I haven't felt this way in my yoga practice in awhile. I'm going to continue practicing with you for 30 days and see how I feel. Perfect goal for the summer!

When I do half baby pose, the leg that I release to the floor swings out really wide. So rather than resting in a straight line, my leg rests on the floor very far out/wide. It happens with both legs. Is there something in particular I should focus on to correct this? Thanks!🙂

Hey i love your flow it feels great to my body. Thx for sharing with us! Its a pity that the music is to loud and doesnt fit to yoga, it would be better without, or something less aggressive. And i can understand that you want to explain your thoughts behind your session but it would be better you would write it under the video instead of talking so much, because when you start a session you dont want to wait three minutes until you can finally start... so maybe for the next sessions 😊

Thanks for your feedback - music is tricky because it doesn't always appeal to everyone. Don't forget this music isn't supposed to be calming, it's supposed to be ENERGISING, it is, after all, a morning energising sequence designed to invigorate. If I use indian flute music, it's going to put you in the wrong state. I have other more relaxing yoga sessions on my channel. In saying that, again thank you for your feedback! xx
