I’ve been doing this workout consistently and it still kicks my butt in the best way… I love how well designed this routine is, works the core all around without leaving my hip flexors fatigued at the end ,as many other ab workouts tend to do. Love your content ❤

I've been doing your hip mobility sequence when I get home from work and before work, but tonight I wanted something different. Scrolled through the videos and decided on this session. 😂 The sail away bit still makes me laugh.. 5 years since doing this mobility routine and yes it still is a little awkward towards the end😅 That said, mobility has improved like mad! Regular practice for 5 years now! Saved me from a knee surgery
