I’ve been doing this workout consistently and it still kicks my butt in the best way… I love how well designed this routine is, works the core all around without leaving my hip flexors fatigued at the end ,as many other ab workouts tend to do. Love your content ❤

Thank you! Great vid I will definitely do this sequence again. I put it on 0.75x speed to slow it down a bit - thought the feedback that you talk through it a bit too fast could be useful :)

Well I'm in a calorie deficit, getting good sleep, not breastfeeding, and still have not lost a single pound, I have actually gained. I'm almost 5 months postpartum.

I've been doing your hip mobility sequence when I get home from work and before work, but tonight I wanted something different. Scrolled through the videos and decided on this session. I haven't done it in a while. Had forgotten about it from the selection available on your channel. Loved it. Will try and incorporate it to my evening stretching and mobility more often. Thank you.

😂 The sail away bit still makes me laugh.. 5 years since doing this mobility routine and yes it still is a little awkward towards the end😅 That said, mobility has improved like mad! Regular practice for 5 years now! Saved me from a knee surgery
