This morning yoga quickie will energise your body and mind, stimulating the nervous system, releasing tension and boosting circulation to alleviate sluggishness in the brain and body.

August 2018 I found your channel. I could hardly move because I was in so much shoulder pain. I needed to do something at home to help. Forward to Dec 2019. I come back to your channel bedtime, mornings, spare 15 mins. I've recovered from my shoulder injury and gained so much more. Wishing you and yours a fab festive season and thanking you from the bottom of my heart for igniting my love of yoga. XX

I am a beginner at yoga so at first I was a little bit afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get through it. But as it went on, I definitely felt more energized. Thank you for sharing this with us! I always feel like I learned so much from your videos.

what a fantastic way to start one's day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world ! thank you Shona because I actually look forward to this every day after getting out of bed and it will become a ritual of mine !!! perfect! Really I don't always want to sweat in the morning and this one wasnt too hard and too easy with the different possibilities! Also it wasn't too long or too short just what i searched for :) Thank you I feel really good now :)

Oh Shona! What a surprise ending. I did not see that coming and must say, I feel different. The breathing exercise was fabulous. I m committing to do this every morning for next week. Hi Shona, just to say a big thank you from Madrid for your morning workout videos!! I've been alternating between them every two days since June and it's been a wonderful way to start my day. I love your energy, spark and motivation, I've tried other videos but they're not the same, I always come back to you. so I've never done yoga properly before, always deemed it as 'not my thing' as I'm so used to high intensity but i thoroughly enjoyed this sequence as it was the perfect pace for me. can't wait to do more!

Yes! This is exactly what I was looking for this morning. I'm so glad I found this practice; thank you for sharing, Shona. Your energy and instruction are awesome. Loved the breath work throughout and starting laying down was a treat (my fave way to start a class). I felt the heat from the sun salutes and my body always appreciates some hip love in the AM. Again, really appreciated the breath work today and I look forward to practicing with you again! Namaste. 🙏

So so good. I went for a run this morning but my hips were unbelievably tight so I foam rollered and then completed this sequence. Perfect and so agree about triggering the stress response, my hips appreciated the gentle encouragement to open back up rather than long forced holds. Thanks so much x

I really loved this flow! So incredible for the morning - it was the PERFECT blend of easing into the day, waking up your body/mind and getting a bit warmed up. It wasn't too passive that I felt like I was drifting into a relaxed state (which is yummy for nighttime but not helpful when trying to get my butt to work). Thank you Shona for all that you!

Was looking for a new morning yoga routine and found this vid. I like the way you speak and your exercises. Have been doing yoga for a while now but mannn.... had trouble to keep up! Had to skip the plank/cobra when I finally was in sync with you. Too bad... a little to fast for me.
