The rounds also happen to be cheap, but it’s much more effective than a 5.56 bullet in close quarters and certainly through a barrier blind like a wall or window. So while this might not conform to your opinion of a high powered rifle (again you omitted the very obvious characteristic of it being a pistol), it’s powerful enough to kill any person or prey in North America.
