Nice stand. I have a similar mill and discovered that it was too low for me to use for long periods of time. My solution was to make a simple platform that raised it up an additional 8 8nches or so. That made a huge difference and my back thanks me.

What size welding wire did you use?

Just usual .030 mig wire for this stand. It is the best all around size, you'd want .023 if you were always doing sheet metal and .035 if you were always doing plate like 1/4" or thicker...but .030 is kind of a sweet spot in the middle from 18-20ish gauge up to 1/4".
