One recipe we kinda threw together for chicken breast is breaded nuggets. Keto friendly too. Almond flour, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder. Bet they'd be delish in your air fryer! I'm lazy and don't dip in egg wash. Favorite meal with them? Mashed potatoes, and green beans and onions fried screaming hot in bacon fat in cast iron. I use the long, skinny frozen extra fine green beans. Sooo good.

Hi Christine! "Thicc" You crack me up🤣 I'm totally on team mango. I'm from S. California. There were street vendors selling take out boxes full of cut up melon, mangoes, cukes and jicama dressed with lime, salt and chili powder for $3-$5. Duuuuude! So good! Also- amazeballs Mexican street corn. Now I live in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and produce sucks not to mention the price!🤨

Mangos - If you're looking for sweet mangos, try slipper/champagne mangos. Their season is ending about now for this year. They're smaller than a standard mango & yellow. You let them get wrinkly (but before big brown spots form) where you're thinking hmmm maybe I should throw them out and that's when they're nice and sweet. I won't eat regular mangos fresh from the grocery store, but the slipper mangos are always awesome. Even if you're not a fan, if your husband likes mangos - I think he will really enjoy that variety. I live in the Midwest & I can find them at Wal-Mart starting in about mid-March. What a nice haul!

Wow the difference of living in Florida. There are so many mangoes falling from the trees we don't know what to do with them! I think the ones in the grocery store are usually under-ripe. You have to wait until they're orangey-red or honey colored. They are sooo sweet naturally. Although some cultures do enjoy eating the green mangoes with salt!

Hi, love your channel, you do a great job! I was curious about your pantries. With the money you save, why not redo your pantry and laundry room/storage. You could fit a lot more in if you do aisles with the same shelving. I have those shelves as well and they are great. I got a thick plastic cut to size and placed it on top of each shelf to make it sturdy for the items and containers you place on them. I think it would also make for a fun video series. You could finish the walls and ceiling and repaint it, reorganize the shelving, etc. add shelving over the laundry, etc. There are a lot of great ideas out there on storage and some actually come from the dollar store. I am sure you have little time but this social distancing thing give us all more time to do things within our homes as well. Just a thought. I am sure it would turn out so cute. Thank you again for your great videos, it’s a lot of work.

I often find that the jumbo size eggs at the regular grocery stores are actually cheaper than the large grade A eggs!! & When I realized that jumbo eggs are more likely to have a double yolk than the smaller eggs, because, of course, there’s more room for the extra yolk, so I try to ONLY buy Jumbo eggs for now on.
