Is the vibration plate helping with your leg swelling? My legs swell up if I eat carbs or sugar. I try to stay low carb and keto 90% of the time lol. I have my days of cheating 😩 May I ask why you’re doing liquid? I feel like that’s not enough calories. Usually liquid diet is before and after surgery. I have considered bariatric surgery but I just turned 50 last weekend and I’m scared. I’ve lost 96 pounds doing keto before but I started eating carbs again and not caring about what I ate and gained 60 of it back. Now I’ve lost 27 pounds since July but it seems to be going slower this time. I have to be good and stay away from carbs though. Your daughter is adorable. She seems very sweet. Keep up the great work I know it’s a challenge

I had gastric sleeve in 2023 but only lost about 40. So the Dr. put me on Trulicity and lost 50lbs. If I would’ve known about shot , I would have turned down surgery. If you have any questions, I would be glad to help you out!❤
